The event will begin at 10:00 A.M. on Sunday, April 25, and include a special mass service as well as a presentation of awards to a 2009 alumnae and in gratitude to all Health Care Workers. Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory (CMCP) is proud to celebrate 60 years as a Catholic Educational Institution in the Marianist Tradition. Attendees will include the current board of trustees and administration, as well as alumni and community leaders. This is an outdoor event and will follow CDC COVID-19 suggestions for gatherings. Social distancing and masks will be enforced. A limited-edition anniversary facemask will be gifted to all attendees. Attendance is limited, please RSVP by Friday, April 9, at "One time-honored tradition at CMCP is the annual induction of extraordinary people who are making a difference in the world into our group of "Founders." This celebration typically takes place in mid-January and for obvious reasons, did not take place this year. Marked by our Marianist call to adaptation and change, we will incorporate the awards presentation within our 60th Anniversary Mass. To say that we have missed one another over this past year is an understatement and gives us an even more compelling reason to spend some time together in celebration and prayer."- Judith Mucheck, Pd.D., Head of School. Chaminade-Madonna, Catholic and Marianist in its identity, educates the heart and soul as well as the mind and body. It is a family-like community in which individuals of all backgrounds shape and share their faith, achieve excellence, and become caring participants and leaders in the service of community, church and those in need.
